Position/Job Descriptions:

Program Director - Responsible for (1) coordinating and monitoring goals, budget, service delivery, and evaluation processes, (2) serving as the liaison between the Collaborative members, schools, service providers, and other partners, (3) completing and submitting reports to the Federal Project Officer, (4) providing administrative support for various sub-committees and work groups, (5) representing the Collaborative at technical assistance meetings and required conferences, and (6) coordinating the marketing and sustainability planning/implementation process.

Fiscal Operations Administrator - Responsible for monitoring the compliance with federal guidelines on grant funds spending, creating and maintaining annual budget, tracking all spending, processing requests for payments and reimbursements, drawing down awarded funds, and preparing and providing fiscal reports to the Program Director and Core Management Team.

Data Specialist - Responsible for facilitating the collection of data to support the grant's program evaluation. The data specialist works closely with Diehl Evaluation and Consulting Services, the contracted program evaluator for the grant.

County Coordinators - Responsible for (1) coordinating and implementing the program strategies as outlined in the SSHS grant award, (2) developing rapport with school administrators, teachers, and other staff who are working to implement the SSHS programs, (3) serving as the liaison between schools and community agencies/businesses while educating various entities such as community agency staff, coalitions or civic groups regarding grant programs and evaluation requirements, (4) maintaining records of all activities and preparing monthly reports, and (5) participating in the development of a sustainability plan for the future continuation of grant funded activities.
