Survey shows fewer teens use alcohol than some think

4,855 high school students from Gibson, Posey, and Warrick counties participated in a research-based campaign to reduce teen alcohol abuse by correcting misperceptions and promoting positive social norms. Social norms are behaviors, thoughts, or feelings shared by most people in a given group (over 50%). The poster above is the 1st in a series of marketing messages containing actual local survey results from 2009. Be on the lookout for more 'misperception correcting' facts throughout the coming years. Most of Us is a registered service mark of Montana State Universtiy.
